How I got here.

My path into design wasn’t linear — it was lived.

Before I ever opened Figma, I was listening to people. In customer service, in healthcare, in hospitality — I learned to read between the lines, ask better questions, and respond with care. I didn’t realize it then, but I was practicing UX long before I had a name for it.

When I finally discovered design, everything clicked. I saw how empathy, strategy, and creativity could live in one space — not just to make things pretty, but to make things work better for real people. That’s what pulled me in.

Since then, I’ve earned my degree in UX and Computer Programming, led an intern design team of 20+, and collaborated on projects ranging from internal fleet tools to mobile event apps. But more than anything, I’ve kept growing. I'm a builder, a listener, and a problem-solver — and I bring all of that with me into every project.

I care deeply about accessibility, inclusion, and meaningful design. Not just because it’s good practice — but because everyone deserves to feel considered, capable, and comfortable in the products they use.

My Design Process

I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to UX. Every project — and every user — brings something new to the table, so I stay flexible, curious, and collaborative.

Whether I’m digging into research or refining UI components, I aim to balance structure with adaptability. Here’s how I usually work:

Discover & Design

Start with questions, not assumptions. I dig deep into user needs, business goals, and system constraints to fully understand the problem space.

Ideate & Sketch

I love brainstorming with others, whiteboarding messy ideas, and exploring weird what-ifs. This is where things start to take shape — rough, raw, and real.

Prototype & Test

I bring ideas to life through wireframes and prototypes, then test them early and often. Feedback is gold — even the stuff that stings.

Iterate & Polish

Design is never “done.” I refine based on insights, test again, and build thoughtful solutions that balance form and function.

Reflect & Learn

After the launch, I step back and ask: what worked? What could be better? I believe good design is a loop, not a line.

The Other Side of Me

Gaming

I’ve been gaming since I could hold a controller — from cozy life sims to strategy-heavy RPGs. It’s not just a hobby; it’s also how I stay inspired about interface design, storytelling, and user flow.

Drawing & Creating

My sketchbook is never far. Whether it’s silly characters, UI ideas, or sticker designs for Redbubble, I always find joy in making things by hand (or iPad).

Hanging with my pets

I’ve got a senior pit bull and a house full of cats who are basically my coworkers. They remind me to take breaks, especially when they walk across my keyboard.

Movie + TV time

There’s nothing better than winding down with a blanket and getting lost in another world. Whether I’m rewatching The Lord of the Rings for the hundredth time, diving back into Stranger Things, or crying over The Hobbit soundtrack (again), I’m in my happy place. Bonus points if it’s raining outside.

Thanks for hanging out.
If you’re vibing with my work, I’d love to connect and see where our ideas can go.

[Here’s my résumé] if you want the paper version of me.
